Newcastle Psychologist

As a Newcastle Psychologist my main work and specialism is in regards to relationships. Relationship with self & with others both present and past. This is underpinned by trauma in particular relational trauma inclusive of estrangement from family. Many also attend of what encompasses of life e.g. sexuality / psychosexual / emotions such as anxiety & low mood and body image. Being a Newcastle Psychologist means I work with throughout England and afar with the wonders of zoom. My interest also involves writing & normalising of being a human. Hope you enjoy a few snippets of my writing.
